Unpermitted construction creates serious liability for homeowners and is not something Red Umbrella does.
What does “financing up to 120%” mean for a construction project?
Financing up to 120% of project cost means the loan can cover not only the construction contract amount but also an additional 20% to account for incidentals such as permits, system-development charges, landscaping after construction, or minor scope changes.
